Refund Policy

Refunds

All sales are final.  We do not accept returns or exchanges for our handcrafted items. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; the customer will need to contact the carrier. 

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. 

Refunds are not accepted for mistypes on personalized items. Please ensure the name and information you type for personalization is correct as we will print what you write.

 Please verify that your address is correct before you checkout. We are not responsible for packages being delivered to an address that was mistyped. If you noticed this error after checking out, reach out to us ASAP @ craftyvibeprints@gmail.com. 

Cancelations

Cancelations are generally not accepted on our handmade items. We do our best to begin production and get your items to you quickly. We understand circumstances happen and are out of our control. Please reach out to us ASAP via email with the subject " Help". If production has not started we will work with you. 

 

Order Issues

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email or on our contact page with the subject "Order Issue" Customers must inspect their package and inform us within 48 hours of delivery of an issue with the order. If we are not contacted within 48 hours of you receiving your order, unfortunately we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
