Processing time:
Our current processing time is typically 1-3 business days. (Monday-Saturday). This may change during the holidays and scheduled time off. We will announce these changes and update our times as needed.
Shipping:
From the moment the package is dropped off/picked up by the carrier, delivery will usually take 1-5 business days. Please review the shipping info at checkout to ensure your package will be delivered on time.
We are not responsible for any shipping delay or lost packages. Unfortunately, that falls on the carrier and the customer will need to contact them for more information/claims. Our packages are typically shipped with delivery and tracking.
Please verify that your address is correct before you checkout. We are not responsible for packages being delivered to an address that was mistyped.
Be sure to inspect your package upon arrival to ensure you receive the correct item and that it is not damaged. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there are missing pieces, wrong items, or damaged items. We will need photos to resolve.
